1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Alltechzone website (alltechzone.au) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Alltechzone provides web development, mobile application development, digital marketing, SEO, branding, and related technology services. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon in individual project proposals or contracts.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. A deposit may be required before work commences.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom work produced for their project. Alltechzone retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary access credentials. Delays caused by client-side issues may affect project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alltechzone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
